Cast Metal Enamel Painted Bulldog Pencil Holder 1933 Chicago Worlds Fair Offering this rare 1 3/4" tall x 1 7/8" long x 1 1/4" wide cast metal possibly cast iron pencil holder Bulldog with embossed metal plaque dog tag(1/2" x 1/4" that reads 1933 with"Chicago" on the Art Deco Worlds Fair Logo and the famous words"A Century of Progress" Embossed across the back bottom edge reads"Greenouck Co. Chicago" He is the only one I saw on Ebay and he is a perfect addition to someone who collects dogs. Deep dark blue paint on bulldog has chips as shown in photos but his face is actually pretty nice. The trailer overall length including the hitch is approximately 1 3/4" by 1/2" Some paint is worn off from normal usage. Overall the condition is very good. I am selling as is. Has some very nice detailing on the saddle, which I have attempted to photograph. A sticker on his side says Souvenir of Chicago Illinois. The Chicago Ilinois is very faded, but can still be seen. VTG 1950s MIDCENTURY CHICAGO WOMEN ROLLER SKATES WOOD WHEELS Size 5 W METAL CASE
This is a nice vintage pair of women's roller skates. The shoe is leather with metal lace eyelets/hooks. The wheels are wood. They are marked size 5 and appear in very good used condition. The bottom metal plate of the shoe is marked"Chicago Roller Skate Co. Ware Bros. PAT AUG 16. 1914 Made in U.S.A. and"5" The wood wheels are also marked"Chicago" The metal carry/storage case has a fun vintage graphic of a couple dressed in 1950's clothes roller skating. The case is in good structural condition. It has a few cosmetic rust spots as show in the photos. It remains a very sturdy case. Near the top above the handle is the previous owner's name(I think it may have been lightly scratched in) Please see photo. Approx. measurements for the case are: 15" x 11" x 6" I think it would be fairly easy ... moreto buff the rust spots to improve cosmetic appearance.
