I have never seen one before and don't know anything about one so if you have any questions please ask. It does look like it may be used or just setting and got wet. It does still have plugs in it one is steel and the other is plastic. And I tried to show in the pictures one of the pins holding the name tag on is rusty and got the rust color on the blue paint. And on the last picture I tried to show where the blue paint is flacking off. of that one corner. Other than that it looks clean. And the stainless looks untouched.
