The machine starts FIRST PULL no problems. There is cement on the frame and the motor but everything moves as it should and works great. The motor is strong and starts perfect. Up for auction is a used Allen 39284 Backpack Concrete Vibrator. This is a 4 cycle engine that starts easily and runs perfect. This unit appears to be identical to the OZTEC BP 50-A. I will also include a new 12' extension and a 1" thick head unit. Both of these were purchased new from OZTEC. I hooked these attachments up to the Backpack unit to confirm proper operation. Neither of these attachments were ever used in or around concrete. Overall the Backpack unit is in good condition. Oil and spark plug were just changed so it is ready to go to work.
