This is a module that was used to monitor the KTP oven temperature in a old Nd:yag laser. It is set for 0-100 deg C=0 to 5V output. When the temp was low the device would switch a FET on and when it reached temp set point it would switch the FET off. To offset the RTD temperature it is simple. Just put a STABLE low ohms range variable resistor in series with the RTD sensor for offset in the upward direction or Stable higher ohms range in parallel to make the offset lower.
