I see no difference on the torque tester. It can easily be removed if you choose to. It comes with a New boot/ cover. It has been tested on the torque tester and passed with flying colors! The Max torque is 800 Ft pounds! The breakaway torque is considerably higher than that! at 1180 ft pds! Myself and a lot of other people think this is the BEST 1/2 inch gun available to the auto industry. Yes if you look hard enough you can probably find one cheaper. But is it tested on professional Torque testing equipment. And does it come with a 30 day SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! On all 1/2 in impacts. Not just the ones I sell. Make sure you have the air supply needed to power them. As a minimum for decent power I recommend at the very least a 35 gallon tank and a 3/8 air hose. Most of the problems people report to me on impacts come down to this! They will work with a smaller system but not at their best. Understand this when bidding please. I stand behind what I sell. Returns are accepted! I'm happy to COMBINE SHIPPING with any of my other items. Check them out! A lot of stuff fits in a flat rate box. Check my feedback and bid with complete confidence! I got about 1400 ft pounds on the torque tester in forward and reverse was much stronger! It has the ring type socket retainer. It is in almost new condition and performs like it! Up for sale is a Matco 1769A 1/2 inch drive impact wrench by Matco Tools. TORQUE TESTED. 780 ft pds with a bolt breakaway torque of 1180. It performs great! This one was a dealers demo piece. Not used much at all I don't imagine. These are made by Ingersoll Rand to Matco's standards. Basically a IR2135TIMAX but with some differences that I like. First off it looks better. They have a different exhaust system that in my opinion sounds better and gives it an edge on torque. At least my torque tester says so! Someone has painted the nose on this impact. Some scratches do show through the paint.
