I only use bottled water in all four of my packing machines on my packing line. Clean the brushes as often as you can get your packing crew to do it. Took the whole machine down to parts for a full cleaning, sharpening, bluing, wash and repainting. Added a brush retainer to help keep the brush and water away from the frame. Added a recycled water tank, tank support, lower front cover, new brush set and water bottle. Runs like new. I have two of them on my packing line. Single SN: 8BP 0422496 Tip for a longer life. I only use bottled water in all four of my packing machines on my packing line. Clean the brushes as often as you can get your packing crew to do it.
