Up for auction is an antique. Victorian-style(1900s era) Hall-Borchert dress form. It is a size 1. It has the original label that says Hall Borchert, Size 1 and Teleskopic. It adjusts to a full 6 feet in height. It has a cast iron base with foot pedal and is on wheels. I have to admit that I do not know how the dress form opens or blooms out. Condition: The dress form is in fair++/good condition. It has several holes in the surface cloth along with discoloration. One should does have a corner(about a 1 x2 inch corner) that is cracked and loose but still within the clock covering. The area under the shirt does have a replacement screw. This is an Antique Cast Iron base. Fiberglass body Dress Form. It has a cast iron base with rolling wheels marked by the maker, J.R.Palmenberg& Sons, New York. The body is marked J.Beck, 9 F-1 on the bottom of the body. There is a handle on the back of the body that allows you to adjust the body up and down. The base is in very good condition with easily moveable wheels and no rust. The body has a small hole in front at the base of the neck. It could be easily repaired. The body has some small nicks, scuffs and stains here and there. The base is 14" x 14" x 15"h. The form is 41"h and adjusts to 55"high.

Fairloom Sears Dressmaker's Mannequin. Sold by Sears Roebuck and Co only. Cast Iron Knob on top that turns to expand the form; adjustable for height; with cast-iron 4 footed base. My mother's much-used dressmaker's mannequin is fully functional with no missing parts. However, there are a few holes in the fabric. Those that are noticeable can be seen in the photos. There is a white spot on the bust and a small hole beneath it. There is also a hole on each shoulder and a couple of other holes that are too small to see in the photos. In addition the Sears label has been ripped and is partially missing. I've used a low starting price to reflect the less-than-perfect condition. The mannequin is boxed and ready to ship. I am not familiar with this type of item. But have taken many pictures. All the bolts and slide bars for adjusting appear to be in tack. I have tightened them up to keep the item from moving too much in shipping. I purchased this to use as a manaqin in our booth at an Antique Store but found just the bust manaquin which works better for me to display antique jewelry and pins. Please see pic's. This stands from 39 1/2" tall up to at least 58" tall! The bottom base is cast iron with wood wheel under claw feet! It would be great for display or after cleaning use! Vintage DRESS FORM mannequin Adjustable Size Cloth Body ~Store Display
A great estate find. This a well used dress form mannequin. Grey cloth covered. Adjustable in height and in size however I have not messed around with the knobs to change the size so I don't know how well those work. I did check the height adjustments and it does stay up and go down. There are age stains on the mannequin and a bit of small rust stains on the cloth. Small rip on mannequins shoulder and another on bust. Insurance will be added to shipping. Local pickup always available.

Victorian Era The Ellanam L&M Adjustable Collapsible Dress Form. Cast Iron Base
You are bidding on the Victorian Era Dress Makers Form as described in the listing title and as seen in the 11 photos. Photos are a huge part of the item description which can describe and show this piece far better than I. Please look over each photo carefully and use the ZOOM feature that is provided for you. If there is an issue with the item that for some reason does not show in the photos I will let you know. Measures 67" at its tallest point and 56" when fully down. All its adjustments and screws work properly. The foot pedal at the bottom lowers the form when pressed. All parts open and close as they should but the top knob is very stiff and I think it expands the hips. The form does spin around on its cast iron base which is on casters. No smells to form. This has been dried stored for years. Very minimal holes/tears to ... morethe fabric. She does needs a good cleaning and she is ready to go. No real issue noted. Great age. Patina and oxidation.
