The bowl is decorated with a Kakiemon design and has is molded with eight separate sections. This is a Nikon D50 Digital SLR Camera(introduced in 2005. Discontinued 2009) Here's your chance to get a still very good Nikon SLR Digital 6.1MP camera for a lot less than new prices. There are still some new ones of these being offered for about $1,200, body only. This D50 comes equiped with the same lens used in the instruction manual for illustrative purposes. This was handy for me as I'm an experienced Pentax and Olympus user and not up to speed with Nikon. I followed directions to set up the camera for automatic use and it seems to work as it should. The lens is an AF-S DX 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G ED. I couln't find the original instruction manual for the camera so read it online. The Nikon product details are available through eBay for listings. But I chose to skip those to spare you the factory hype. You can look up the camera ... moredetails online without much difficulty. Included in this listing is a soft carry case and a charger for the Nikon battery pack. A neighbor widow asked me to sell her husband's assortment of user cameras.
