This is a Meg-Chek meter made by Associated Research but I am not sure the model while it appears to look like a 2100a it is not identical. The meter appears to check ohms and there is a manual in it on how to check insulation. The meter shows DC and AC readings But appears to be missing the guard jack on the right side like the 2100a meters. The unit has not been tested as I do not have enough D-Cell batteries to test the unit. I am selling the unit as-is for parts or repair although the unit might be just fine.
