This vintage Singer 99K sewing machine is a 3/4 size machine that according to the serial number EK066954 was made in 1954. It can sew light weight fabrics to denim and leather. It is clean. 1953 Singer sewing machine. Model BZK 4-8. This is a portable machine with the case, but the case is falling apart. The machine runs and even the light works however. This type of machine requires the entire dining room to use. The dining table for the machine and to layout the patterns. Here we start with a vintage& extremely nice looking Singer Featherweight sewing machine with attachments& case in great working condition. The model or CAT# on this spectacular machine is 3-120& serial number is AL185911& it was produced in the 1940's or 1950's era. This Singer is in fantastic cosmetic condition with very little ware on the cabinet. The gold design on the cabinet is in very nice condition that has extremely little ware on it. The black on the cabinet is very clean& shinny with no scratches or nicks that has been extremely well ware cared for. I have taken many pictures of this Singer& all pictures can be supersized so you may get a good looking& this wonderful looking& working machine. This singer comes with a verity of attachments. The black suitcase that the sewing machine slides into is in extremely nice condition with just a few scuffs on it at best. There is a tray inside the case to hold the attachments& the foot peddle mounts onto the inside of the top of the case. The handle on the suitcase is in great condition as well as the latches that keep it closed& the buttons to open the case are in excellent working condition& there are 2 keys for the case. The item being offered here is a vintage Singer sewing machine motor. Cat. No. BZ 9-8, S. S. AU52-16-1, 110-120 Volts, 0.53 Amps, 25-75 cycles A.C. D.C. and knee lever control box that was removed from an old Singer machine cabinet awhile back(old black machine, maybe a#66-16 or#99 or other one, just don't recall) We purchased the machine at a local estate sale and stripped it of the parts. This motor has the pulley wheel attached, and the original cord, which is soft and pliable, without damage or repairs. The control box has a small, push rod thing on the side that the knee lever would normally press to make the machine work. The mounting bracket is still attached, which could be easily removed if you don't want to use it. It is marked on the label: Simanco, Elizabethport, N.J. U.S.A. Vintage Pre-WW2 Singer 15-91 Machine, Table/Stool, Extra Accessories, Must See!
You are bidding on a*fantastic* full package- Singer 1941 15-91 Machine. Original Table and Stool, and a*boatload* of accessories and extras. Note- I am not an expert on these. Nor do I claim to be. This machine belonged to my great-grandmother, who lived in Queens, NY when she bought it(she had only emigrated from Germany about 15 years earlier) To be honest, I'd really rather not sell it, but I'm in tough times and unfortunately have to move on. Here's more about each in order: 1. Machine is a Singer 15-91. Serial# AF811XXX. Machine shows signs of wear and use, but still turns on and functions fantastically. Motor and gears are all quiet, metal shows mild scratching but no chips or gouges in finish. NO significant corrosion whatsoever. Machine is activated by knee lever under tabel, which still functions perfectly. Electricity ... morealso runs to the mountable table light, which surprised me by turning on despite having had the same bulb for decades. One note about the machine- because it has not been used in some time. The power cable itself shows signs of cracking and is fairly brittle. If you have small children or pets around I would recommend AT LEAST wrapping the cord in electrical tape if not replacing it. Power cord is in perfect condition. 2. Table and stool have been well taken care of but are also obviously used. Superficial scratches on wood. Some dust inside table. All have/will be oiled prior to shipping. There are two spots on wood with mild light staining, attempted to show in picture. Vinyl on stool shows some cracking on close inspection, HAS NOT been cleaned or treated. 3. Please see pictures for a full view of all accessories- there's lots! The most notable pieces are a"Nu-Way" stocking darning accessory in near mint condition. In box with manual. Second is a singer Zig-Zag attachment, also in pristine shape, also in box with manual. The manual for the machine itself is also present. 1950- Singer Featherweight Sewing Machine/with Case and Accessories -221-1
Up for auction is this beautiful Singer Featherweight Sewing Machine. I tried it today and it sewed just fine through several layers of fabric. With the machine comes several accessories. 7 different feet including a rufflier. There's a couple of bobbins. Tools, brush and booklet for machine. The serial number on the bottom of this machine is AJ001145 which means it was made in 1950. I believe the foot pedal and cord are original to the machine and are in good condition. The light works as well as the backwards arm. It weighs 19Lbs. There is some light scuff marks on it but since its quite old you would expect that I am sure. The case I don't believe is original to the machine but it sure is a beauty. It is made of wood and someone has tole painted on all four sides. It really looks wonderful. The handle is secure on top of the box. ... moreOn the inside it has been lined with a pretty quilted fabric which also helps protect the machine when its inside the case. Once you get the machine inside the case there is a metal tray that slides right over the sewing machine and holds all the accessories. Naturally, the book comes with the machine. I also have the paper work for when it was last serviced and what was done. I have not used it since I bought it several years ago until today when I tested it and found it works fine. Welcome to my auction for a rare Original Antique bentwood Singer sewing machine case and base in very good order. From an early 1900's Hand Cranked Singer- a 28k model.I believe this is walnut but I could be wrong it may be oak.Either way it has a lovely grain This is a rare case.Will fit the smaller 3/4 sized machines with a base measurement of approx 12" x 6.5"complete with pin hinges and swing stay in working order for your machine. The case is in good order.It has a small tear in the veneer,it looks like something was pushed from the inside out(pictured)It is approx 20mm round and barley noticeable but I feel its better to mention it.please see the last pic for a close up. Vintage 1964 Singer 328k Sewing Machine - Ser#EX104083, Made in Great Britain
This vintage 328k Singer is a real workhorse machine. Solid, metal, and built to last- well-suited for work on heavier materials like canvas or denim. The markings show it was made in Great Britain. The serial number indicates it was made in 1964 according to the Singer website. I have not sewn with it but I did run it for several minutes off and on and the motor is quiet and runs very smoothly. As you can see in the photos. The light on the machine works as well. I have no additional parts or accessories for the machine- you will receive the machine and the foot controller as shown in the photos. There is a bobbin in the machine as well so all you would need to start sewing is some thread. It will need a post to hold thread- I do not have one with this machine. The only flaw I could find was on one of the places where you would attach a ... morehinge for a cabinet- one piece is chipped off(see last photo) This does not effect the functionality of the machine and wouldn't matter if you were using on a tabletop. Even in a cabinet it may not matter as you still could attach one hinge and most of the machine weight is borne by the front piece of a cabinet. Not on the hinge area. I have done nothing to the machine other than wipe down the surface. While it is in working order right now. I would suggest getting the machine oiled and cleaned in order for it to run at its very best. As with any vintage item I can't speak for the previous owner and whether or not they smoked and with this being a metal machine it would not be likely to absorb odors anyway. When wiping down the cord I noticed a very faint mustiness which would probably fade with use or a little more cleaning. It is very slight and not offensive. And has the serial number AJ627556 which we believe indicates that this was produced during the summer of 1950. The machine has a collapsible handrest which tucks away to compactly fit into the case. The machine comes with it's case, though the case is not in good condition but is sturdy(see notes for more information) The machine does not include any of the original accessories as far as well can tell, except for possibly one of the bobbins. There is a hodgepodge of modern accessories in the case. Singer Slant-A-Matic Model 404 Sewing Machine in Maple Cabinet
You are bidding on a Singer Slant-A-Matic 404 sewing machine with original manual in a lovely maple cabinet with storage drawer. What appears as a dark mark on front of cabinet is actually a grain in the wood and does not detract. There is a water spot on the top of cabinet which I keep covered with a doily. The machine is not in working order at this time. I have enjoyed using it for many years and recently. It stopped in the middle of a project. I called our local sewing machine repair shop and was told this happens in older machines when the oil gets thick and sets up after years of use. The internal parts have been cleaned, oiled, and the gears lubricated. I have used this machine and it sews well. All exterior parts were removed, everything cleaned and sanded, then primed and repainted, black waterslide decals applied, clearcoated and reassembled. I've used this sewing machine and it sews well.
