A used Amprobe hand-cranked Megohmmeter This may work. But I can't properly test it, and I have no leads for it. I did attach a Neon lamp to the connectors and it glowed when the dynamo handle was cranked(good for both 1KV and 500 volt) Unit will come with case only as in picture. Appears to be circa 1987 and is in very good physical condition. The case shows sign of wear and age. And the main strap is missing. These instruments are self powered via the hand crank. and are primarily used to measure insulation resistivity. It has three settings: 1000v. 500 volt and regular ohms resistance.
