THIS LAMP IS ADJUSTABLE AND IT IS ALSO A PORTABLE LAMP FOR EASY TRANSPORT. THIS BRASS LAMP STANDS AT 9 1/2" IN HEIGHT, AND HAS A BASE WHICH MEASURES 6" IN DIAMETER. This is an 1876 draft. Bearing an RN-D1 imprinted revenue, on the account of the Northern New Hampshire Railroad. From Minot& Co. Bankers, at Concord, New Hampshire. Condition is very fine with light folds. Hole cancels, spindle hole and light wear. Shipping fee includes sending in a cardboard mailer or for smaller items which are sent in an envelope with cardboard stiffeners. And multiple purchases can be combined into one package for one shipping fee. Due to recent losses in the mail, the mailings costs for all items have been increased since they will now be shipped with a tracking number. This lamp looks like the older fashioned banker's lamps. It's solid brass. Uses a standard based 40 watt maximum, longer skinny bulb, or you could use the chandelier style, standard based bulb. It's 13&1/2" tall at the top of the shade in the full upright position, 5&3/4" tall at the junction when the arm is laid even. Marblebase bankers lamp silver black and grey speckled marble base. Very pretty. The marble base is approx 1.5 inches thick and 6.25 x6.0 inches The lamp shade is made a silver metal that shows signs of rust on the back part of the shade(see photo) It measures approx 9.5 inches long and 3.25 inches thick. It takes two 40 watt bulbs and is 120 v. the stem between the base and the hanger shade is approx 8 inches high and is ornate with a silver metal base that secures the base to the stem and ornate on the top of the stem with a silver metal piece that secures the swing hanger portion of the lamp to the lampshade. This is an old ornate gold metal and blue enamel stickpin for the Pennsylvania Banker's Association. The stickpin measures 2 5/16in. long by 1/2in. wide at the top of the piece. The blue and gold enamel is in the shape of the Penna. Keystone with the wording"Penna. Bankers Ass'n. engraved in gold lettering. On the reverse the name of the manufacturer is engraved which is Whitehead and Hoag Co. Newark, NJ.
