A World War One vintage gas alarm used to warn of an enemy chemical warfare attack. The top wooden panel is missing some nails and has split into three separate pieces. The paddle has a few cracks to it but the alarm functions properly. The rest of the wooden components are in good condition despite being almost a hundred years old.
