But did just recently use them for a local block party. Lights worked as expected, and towers towed perfectly- tires are all in good shape. We charged via standard 110 volt extension cord plugged into standard house outlet, but these come equipped with solar panels for stand-alone charging capability. Solar panels were not tested for charging, but prior owner attested to working condition. Some of the solar frames appear to be incomplete, but all panels deploy and there is no reason to believe functionality is compromised. Operation is completely silent- no diesel generator noise to contend with. No emissions emitted- suitable for indoor use as well. No diesel engine to maintain- no fuel cost to add to operating cost. Lights can be programmed to operate photo-sensitively. By timer, or manually. Tower deployment is electrically operated in both the raising of the tower and extension of the mast. All support legs present and working. These are built"heavy-duty" for mine duty- looks twice as stout as any diesel light tower we are used to seeing.
