TEKTRONIX TAP1500 1.5 GHz TekVPI active single-ended probe and accessory lot. Unit was acquired from a defunct business auction. Lab was fully operational prior to them closing their doors. The unit is in great shape and appears to be fully functional. However I have no way to test it. Comes with accessories as shown in pictures and owners manual.
