It comes in what i do think. Its original old box, the outside has some wear. The wooden frame is in good condition, the bracket and lockers of the case are good, 2 original plastic guards of the sax are there, the big one is missing a tiny part left under by the bolt there, and there is a tiny burst in the plastic, the serial number on the sax(43916) is corronspondating with the number on the mouthpiece, there is also an other tiny piece included you can see right under on picture 10, there are some tiny scratches on the sax. Vintage Tenor Saxophone Hard Case - Funky
Up for auction is a vintage tenor saxophone hard case. I've seen a few of these called"triangle" cases because of the shape of the case. But I don't know if they came with a certain horn or if they were something that the musician bought because they are so cool. The case is covered with two different colors of vinyl. Both have a texture that doesn't look like leather and doesn't look like snake skin, but the way the pattern looks sort of reminds me of snake skin pieced together in strips. The handle is a replacement, the trim is missing in one spot by a latch, normal scuffs and scrapes, as shown in the pictures. The latches work fine. Looks funky but doesn't smell funky. Perfect for your vintage tenor.

This is a vintage tenor saxophone MC Gregory Model A mouthpiece. 5A-18 medium. 5A is the tip opening which I measured at.075" and the tip and rails as well as the table are perfect. The 18 means it is a medium chamber. The model A was the first series made, back in 1936. This was the mouthpiece made famous by Paul Desmond. If you liked his sound, you should love this mouthpiece. These facings were hand finished and each has its own serial number. This one is#9255 and is listed on the shank. You are bidding on an excellent quality Armstrong 3055T Tenor Sax. Serial number is 7442xxV. This one has many features of the professional horns including a high F# key. Spatulated forked F, and rolled tone holes. Rolled tone holes are a feature that was popular on vintage horns and has been making a comeback with professional level modern manufacturers lately, most notably P. Mauriat. The rolled tone hole creates more surface area for the pad to seal with, reducing the liklihood of leaks and making them easier to maintain. This one is in GREAT mechanical shape. The body is straight and there are no signs of resoldered posts. There are no dents to speak of. Not even in the bow. This horn has been very well taken care of. The neck is in great shape, with only minor lacquer wear. There is no evidence of dents, repairs or pulldonwn on the neck. ... moreThere is some minor lacquer wear(maybe as much as 5% but it is very subtle(see photos) The instrument has been checked for leaks and plays easily from low Bb up into the altissimo range. This listing is for a Bb tenor saxophone made by the King Company when is was based in Cleveland. Ohio. This is the famous"Super 20" model. The instrument is in very good condition. The serial number is in the 323XXX sequence placing production in 1953. This was the period when many players believed that King was producing their best saxes. Features on this instrument include: palm, side and paddle lever pearl appointments, solid silver neck, nice engraving, new pads with domed resonators, new corking and others. The instrument does show normal wear but no damage. The finish is mostly original but there has some dent work near the bow at the bell section. It has been refinished at that spot years ago. Description: For your consideration here is a King/HN White Zephyr Tenor Saxophone. From the serial number(269xxx) it dates to around 1945-1947. This period(approximately between serial#s from 240xxx-300xxx) are generally considered to be some of the sweetest playing and sounding Zephyr Saxes. The double socket neck and three ring strap hook are also some of the features used to identify the good ones with the best sound and intonation. Here is a beautiful and great playing Yamaha YTS-62 tenor sax with the purple logo. Yamaha saxes are known for being great quality horns played by professionals worldwide. This auction is for a"The Martin" Professional Tenor Saxophone made in 1946. This classic professional horn is from the golden age of professional american made saxophones. They give the player a more classic sound from the post WWII era. This is a high end professional instrument that has been well loved in the past. The instrument has been adjusted to seal properly and play well. We replaced about 10 pads that needed to be swapped out, and now it is an awesome horn. Buescher Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece - 1920s Vintage
1920s Buescher Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece This is a 1920s Buescher tenor mouthpiece. I acquired it with a 1920s Buescher True Tone tenor saxophone. From the discoloration and other wear you can tell this mouthpiece was played on. The rails. Table, tip, and baffle are all in great shape. There is a very small mark on the outer right side three fourths of the way down the tip rail. Despite the vintage look the mouthpiece is in very good condition. There are no markings to indicate the tip opening, however it feels closed as is typical of mouthpieces from this era.

Keilwerth SX-90R tenor saxophone
This is a 12 year old SX-90R tenor that was used by a 40 year old advanced player for about three years in a community band and later in a 17 piece jazz band. I've moved on to other interests and no longer play it. This sax has a mellow tone with a bottomless low end(Keilwerth's trademark sound) that blends into the sax section with the Ponzol mpc which is included. Stand at the mic and belt out some Ben Webster. Put a brighter mpc on and peel paint off the walls. There is one minor chair ding that is too small to show in a picture. All of the keys and pads are in great condition. And the lacquer is 99% There are Rosewood risers on the side keys and are easily removed. No kidding, it's in excellent condition. A stand, Ponzol mpc, the factory hard case and a black canvass hard-padded case are included. The SX-90R features rolled ... moretone holes and is the flagship Keilwerth model lineup. Charlie A’s BBQ 15 Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece
A hand-made American classic piece. Charlie Andrews made a few hundred of these before he passed away. It is a great mouthpiece for funk. Soul and R& B. Edgy with a fat body and beautiful subtones. It's gr eat on my Buffet Crampon S1 Tenor and glides effortlessly into the altissimo register. Like an original Dave Guardala King at less than half the price. Its tip seems about equivalent to a Jody Jazz 9. I play 3 to 3.5 Vandoren Java Red Box on it. And it’s very free blowing. Why am I selling? I played this great piece for 15 years in outfits ranging from acoustic blues trios to soul reviews and R& B outfits. It’s an early 80’s Dukoff that has had some light refacing done by Mojo Mouthpieces(a Theo Wanne recommended refacer) The rails were evened. The table checked and the bite plate filled, the tip and baffle were maintained to the original spec ifications and now it has improved response and more body to the high registers than Dukoffs usually have. 1947 "The Martin" Tenor Saxophone Original Lacquer Original Case Nice Builder
For Your Consideration: 1 Martin Committee III"The Martin" Tenor Saxophone From 1947. As you can see from the pics. This horn has been played, but not ruined or abused. It has been sitting since 1981. When I found it, the neck tenon had come unsoldered and it didn't play at all. All but 5 or 6 pads are original. I resoldered the tenon and replaced 2 pads and gave it a regulation, but make no mistake, this horn needs an overhaul! That being said, it does play on 66 year old pads, but not how it can play once the real work is done. It looks like someone repaired a small dent in the body tube. The bow looks like maybe it has seen some very light dent work as well. There are a few pings here and there, but no abuse and the horn has not hit the ground and other than the neck tenon, I can't find any resolder repairs anywhere else ... moreon the horn. The serial number 163xxx indicated its was made in 1947 which is the golden age for saxophone making both here in the US and in France. The original lacquer is about 70-75 percent intact and has aged to that dark honey color we love so much. The case is original and the mouthpiece that was in the case will be included along with a Neotec strap which I am throwing in. The original neck plug is missing. The original case is beaten up and worn out, but will work for shipping, but expect to buy a new case if you want a gig or travel ready case. The pics tell the rest of the story. I will start this one off at a reasonable $599.99 and let you the bidders decide the final price. I accept paypal only. US bidders Only. Here are two nice vintage selmer bundy tenor saxophones; yes. This auction is for the 2 saxophones. They both need atention, need aligment, weld, have dings and some rust, I can see all parts are present, except one post on one of the saxs; pads on both look good, but I am sure some of them will need to be replaced soon, one of the neck corks need to be replaced. BAM Trekking Tenor Saxophone Case (Used)
Hello, This is a used BAM Trekking Tenor Saxophone Case. It is in good shape. Inside is very clean as evidenced by pictures. Outside in good shape for a case that was used for 3 years as my main case, and only very sparingly after that. As you probably know. These cases are really special, and hard to find used because people rarely sell them. I'm only selling because I'm moving and don't think I'll honestly use this case again. I figured some one else could get some use out of it. Has storable backpack straps. Storable"rain coat" cover, more storage space than almost any other saxophone case. One of the hinges came undone. The screws came out. Case still functions fine. The zipper which closes it keeps the case safely sealed. I used the case for at least a year after the hinge opened and never had an issue. An easy ... morefix. I'm not sure what BAM's warranty situation is, but happy to write a receipt of sale to aid in getting that fixed if they do it. I still have one of the original screws for the hinge, which is kept in the small side pouch. Also the zipper handle came off the main back pouch. Which I replaced with a key chain. Works fine. Up for auction today is this Very Nice 1950 Selmer Super Action Tenor Saxophone. Unfortunately I don't know much about woodwind instruments. But I'll do my best. I purchased this from the originaI owner. I had a local instrument dealer look at this and he said that is was in excellent condition. The pads look excellent and appear to have been professionally replaced at some time in the past 10 years. He couldn't say for sure if it had a total overhaul when the pads were replaced. Serial number 45063. The original finish is a very nice bronze gold color. There are a 4 small spots of discoloring(see pics) The back of the bell has several very small specks of discoloring. Which has Selmer-like ergonomics, with a big, warm, smoky tone that is medium-spread. There's a dent by the G key that looks as good as it's going to without major work, and a spot of lacquer wear on the bell, probably from a mic. This horn has been relacquered, and it was done well, by the look of the engraving etc. It has just gotten several pads replaced and had some other adjustments made. There is still some play in the keywork, so if you wanted this horn to be perfect, it would need more mechanical ... morework to make it as tight as it can be. The neck is in great shape with no past damage. It ships in a nice, sturdy hardshell case. This is a good vintage tenor for the money. MC Gregory Model B Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece 4A18M - .085 tip opening
Up for sale is a vintage MC Gregory Model B Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece with a.085 tip. Originally it was a 4A18M. But that was to closed so I had my good friend and mouthpiece tech Jimmy Jensen open it up to an.085. That was as far as he recommended opening it. He did a fabulous job, but it just isn't open enough for me. Rather than ruin a piece I'd rather pass it along to a player to use. If you don't know of Jimmy he does fabulous work and has done a number of pieces for me personally. You can see from the pics that the Tip, Table and Rails are PERFECT. It does have normal wear and tear(cosmetically) for a vintage piece. It plays dark, but has definite projection. These pieces were criticized for being to dark, but Jimmy livened it up and really set it up to play sweet. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks and ... morehave a great day!

Rare Conn New Wonder USMC Tenor Saxophone c. 1917-18, needs repair
This is a VERY rare Conn tenor saxophone. Made during World War I for the Marine Corps-under the Conn logo is stenciled"U.S.A.M.C. Serial number is 40901. It needs repair: a few keys have broken off and need to be soldered back on, a few key guards are bent and would need to be adjusted, and the horn needs a general service. Other than that, the action is surprisingly good. This would be a wonderful item for a collector of military or musical memorabilia, and would also be a great horn to play if given the proper care. Comes in a leather hard case which also needs repair.
