This is a fully automatic machine; you set the pallet on the powered infeed conveyor. The pallet is automatically moved to the powered turntable, wrapped, and the film is cut. The pallet then moves automatically to the powered outfeed conveyor, then is fed onto the final freewheeling conveyor. The film tension is hydraulically controlled, and is infinitely adjustable. The infeed section also weighs the pallet, and the scale output may be fed to a printer or computer. Pallets can be fed onto the system from either the front or the end of the machine. Used Lantech Q Auto automatic pallet stretch wrapping system. Place pallets on infeed conveyor and they will automatically move forward onto wrapper turntable. Pallet will then be stretch wrapped and when cycle complete. The pallet will move to the outfeed conveyor. Infeed conveyor should hold 3 pallets and outfeed conveyor should hold 3 pallets. Includes scale to put under last section of outfeed conveyor to weigh completed pallets. Machine was running when it was disassembled.
