Pay attention. cause this is a really good one. We're selling a Highland Industries Synergy 5 automatic pallet wrap machine in excellent condition. This is a fully automatic machine; you set the pallet on the powered infeed conveyor. The pallet is automatically moved to the powered turntable, wrapped, and the film is cut. The pallet then moves automatically to the powered outfeed conveyor, then is fed onto the final freewheeling conveyor. The film tension is hydraulically controlled, and is infinitely adjustable. The infeed section also weighs the pallet, and the scale output may be fed to a printer or computer. Pallets can be fed onto the system from either the front or the end of the machine. Lantech Pallet Stretch Film Wrap Wrapping Wrap Machine
We are selling this used. Rather ugly looking, pallet wrapping machine. It is not pretty, but it works just fine. The turn table has a manual on/off switch. The user sets/adjusts the amount of tension and the movement/speed that the film carriage goes up as it wraps. After the number of desired top wraps are done, the user pushes another button that makes the carriage go back down. Push stop when number if bottom wraps is good. I guess you would describe this as semi-automatic because the user has to push buttons. Works great. But we sold our distribution business and do not need it now. The back covers were off when we bought it in 2008, but we have them if you want. We never got around to screwing them on.
