This huge set of vintage plastic vanity treasures was designed by Sally Gould and hand painted by Mitchell Gould of Los Angeles. The plastic itself was produced by Schwarz Bros Plastics California. Hollywood Regency appeal with it's gilded trim and rhinestone embellishments this bouquet of violets set includes a tissue box. This 26"x32" Seal Dry Mount Press(I think it's a Masterpiece 350 model. But the label is missing) includes(see pictures) the press, an EXTRA internal rubber mat, and a supply of dry mount tissue. I have used this press for upwards of 25 years and it works fine. At one time I added the additional bracing(brown in the photos) to even-out the pressure application. The switch that activates a visual timer(the left-hand, red, light blinks) when the lid is closed is broken, so the timer doesn't work. Using the press, I never missed the timer. She is about 16 inches tall. She has a blanket and sleepers on. She also has red hair. She still in the plastic and has not been removed. The plastic does show normal wear from storage but since she is in plastic she should be in great condition. This doll is so cute and in very clean condition. Her hair is in great shape too. Her clothes are very clean too. The little blanket is attached to her top. She has dimples in her cheeks.
