Unlike a traditional rounder. The BM42 Boule Moulder tightly moulds the dough pieces by stretching the gluten structure in one direction exactly as done by a skilled baker. The moulding process of the BM42 is firm but gently. This process refines the crumb and strengthens the gluten structure without damaging the dough and in the process, creates a seam at the bottom of the boule, which is placed down on the pan. The unique and separate controls for stroke, rotation and oscillation on the BM42, kneads the dough from 3 to 75 times in a single pass. The resulting boules will exhibit better proofing and superior oven jump.

In addition to the new feed rollers, I have a brand new pair of planing knives to go with it. I called Williams and Hussey Friday to ask what is a fair price on this and to verify its model and what I paid. The Lady told me in this condition 2000 was a fair price. Selling my Galomb desktop injection molder. Check out their website for full specifications. Weighs 35 pounds. Temp range up to 550f, capacity of 1 cubic inch, runs on 120v. Included is basic mold#1, basic mold#2, cleaning tool kit, digital thermocouple, and mold making book. The molder works perfectly and has been an incredible asset for me. The mechanical front temp sensor is inaccurate but a known issue which is why the digital thermocouple is included. Make sure you read the owners manual and get ready to make some really cool parts. Total value new is over $2250! This molder is rock solid and why I bought it to begin with after doing a lot of research.

I spent several years making stairways and would always use this type of joint to make sure the handrails stayed square and lined up. there are two different patterns here- male and female patterns. Magic Molder table saw molding maker kit. This is their advanced starter kit which comes with 4 carbide cutter plugs to make a variety of molding profiles. Very simply to change the cutters. simply loosen the allen head bolt using the included wrench and twist to remove the cutter. The positive indexing pins guarantee that the cutters will be perfectly aligned and produce clean sharp edges. I used this on my delta table saw to create some profile test boards for a customer who needed some large curved trim moldings around their picture windows. I ended up not getting the job and so these cutters have had maybe three feet of use on each one. This is a cool tool in the sense that you can quickly run off a lot of molding using your table saw and it also allows you to make curved moldings which was my intended use. In use it was very quiet and ... moremuch faster to feed the boards versus my shaper table. This also has the advantage of being able to put a profile into the middle of a wide boards. Which you can not do with a router. 5/8" arbor hole and comes with washer and wrench. everything pictured is included. the carbide blades are extremely sharp. This is a super nice Williams& Hussey model W7 PF Planer- Molder. This machine has been used very little by a home owner and is in excellent condition. It has an Industrial Baldor motor and the factory rolling base with feed rollers. It has all the original paperwork. Straight planer blades that are mounted on the cutter head, a brand new set of planer blades that have never been used and a set of new chair rail blades. My plan is to remove the motor and machine from the mobile base and ship each separately. So the motor, machine, and base will each ship in a separate crate. Shipping will be $200. The machine and motor will most likely go via FedEx and the base may need to be sent via Fastenal and picked up at your nearest Fastenal store. They are more reasonable on larger items. These cutters produce a beaded 3 1/2" casing. I bought them to use with my Williams& Hussey molder but believe they would work with other small molders. As well. I believe the bolt pattern is a standard one. They are in good shape but could stand to be sharpened. I would usually just use a diamond file with a small amount of oil to bring the edge back. This molder is in exellent condition and your getting drawer full of knives and a spare cutter main shaft. Always wiped with an oiled rag. I have local pick-up only but send a zipcode and I can quote with fedex. Time to sell my woodworking tools and I have many. What ya need? Used only on trim for my house and several cabinets. Its around 7-8 years old I believe. Cant find recipet. No motor or stand included. Stole the 2hp molder for a blower. I built a 4 door and drawer 8 foot x 2 foot deep cabinet with smooth plastic top for the maching which it is still mounted. Can be for sale also if interested but it huge and local pick-up only.
