Up for sale today is a cool vintage Sumit Adding Machine or Calculator. This machine was made by the Pearl Engraving Co. New York. You simply turn the plastic gears to the desired number at each spot, and turn the crank to turn it all to zero again. The piece is in really great condition for its age- it shows very light use wear. It is missing the small plastic knob on the end of the crank, but is otherwise complete and seems to function well. The piece is approx. 5 1/2" tall x 4 9/16" wide(not including the crank) It has its original plastic cover, which does have a light oily or sticky feeling, as these vintage plastics often do.
