Vintage Heid and Roth Grip comealong handcuff restraint
This is a restraint used to transport prisoners. And is also known as a comealong or nipper. It does not bear a manufacturers mark, but it is a 100% match for a Heid and Roth product. It is in very nice condition, and there are only a few very small blemishes in the nickel plating. I would rate the overall condition at 97% Heid and Roth made two models of this item; the first dates from 1910, and the second model was manufactured in the 1950s. The ribs on the release lever indicate that this was the 1950s model. It is all original and fully functional, and has not been modified or repaired. This item will ship in a USPS small flat rate hard box.
