This is a very heavy and heavy duty I-beam and the same goes with the trolley it rolls nice and is capable of hold by far more than three chain hoist could put on it. Now as far as the Chain Hoist I have completely gone through this and replace any worn out items that I could replace on this unit and cleaned it up nice. It has a ten foot lift and a 12 foot long cord for the controller and a fourteen foot cord for the plug in. this really is a heavy duty. Commercial hoist and in great shape) It will give the buyer many many years of use. if taken care of) It will also comes with a chain that would be used to hang the hoist on the trolley or it will hook directly to it. I believe the chain length on the hoist to be about 12 feet or so I will measure it and let you know with a revise.
