These 26 x 2.1" 49/54) B ontrager Jones AC tires were the original tires on my Trek 4900 Mountain Bike. After putting less than 50 miles on them. I moved to Chicago and got hybrid road tires. The bike was stolen the first day I had it out, so these tires need a new home! They are in excellent, barely used condition and feature Presta valves(French valves) The tires come with original IRC tubes and a Presta adapter for tire inflation. The original Owner's Manual for the bike is included with a ir pressure guidelines(pictured) and tire installation instructions.

I only put a couple of hundred miles on these tires before then. Since I use 700x20 on my road bike for summer. These tires sat in my bike shop since then and I will never use them- I hate to just throw them away because they have very low mileage on them- so I started the bidding at 1 cent- They are still pliable and have no dry rot at all. 2 of these tires go for $90 to $100 new. They are pretty good tires- above average for used tires. I used a micrometer to measure the thickness in the center of the tire at 0.125" 1/8" and they are very uniform. No gashes or cuts. Never ha d a flat.

A nice. Lightweight, reliable set of wheels. The front tire is a Vitorria Rubino Pro Slick 23c and the rear is a Panaracer Stradius Sport- both have low miles. Condition Notes: Overall very good condition. The front wheel could use a true and is off by about 1/16 of an inch. The rear is closer to true within 1/32 of an inch but not perfect. 700c Nokian Hakkapeliitta W106 - Studded Bicycle Tires - Made in Finland
Nokian Studded road bike tires. These are the now discontinued 35mm size. Excellent tires that cut through the snow. Ready for commuting or training rides. From Peter White cycles website: This is the Nokian Hakkapeliitta W106 for road bikes. It's 700c x 35mm or 700x45mm with 106 carbide studs. 3.5 mm tread depth. The both versions are photographed inflated on a Sun Rhyno Light rim. The 35mm should fit any touring. Hybrid, or cyclocross bike. The 45mm version will only fit bikes with lots of clearance. If you have any doubts, call me, and I'll talk you through how to determine if the 45mm version will work for you. Hopefully it will, since it's a fabulous tire for potholes, snow and ice on all roads. This is the mother of all winter commuting tires! As with the 26" version, don't be put off by the relatively low number ... moreof studs. Even though the 700c Hakkapeliitta W106 has only 106 studs, they are positioned just where you need them for riding on a road that gets plowed. Plowed roads don't develop deep icy ruts, so you don't need studs towards the sides of the tire to get you out of a rut. The 700c Hakkapeliitta has all of the studs in towards the center of the tire, same as the 26" version. It's the perfect tire for snow and/or black ice on good roads. Don't worry about the centrally placed studs loosing contact on a turn when you lean the bike. If you were leaning the bike far enough to lose contact with the studs. You would crash anyway on ice. The studs can only do so much. Studs placed further to the side of the tire tread are for climbing out of ruts, not doing sharp high speed turns. Don't be a dummy riding on ice. Take it easy. These tires are for getting you back and forth to work, not racing. 875 grams for the 700x35.

HED Jet 4 Wheelset C2 rims Shimano 700c w/ Michelin Pro 3 service course tires
I've used these wheels as race wheels for 2 years. So they've seen limited use. They are 700c clinchers with a Shimano 10-speed compatible freewheel on the rear hub. The original HED skewers are included. I'm throwing in a good pair of Michelin Pro 3 Service Course tires(700cx23) and latex tubes for FREE. Also, I'll throw in a pair of Shimano wheelbags for you to transport these babies safely to the starting line. The carbon fairing is 45mm deep over the 23mm wide aluminum rim. Which is an excellent compromise between weight and aerodynamics. You can use standard brake pads with these wheels! The C2 rim is very stable and carves up turns wonderfully. The hubs are the standard aluminum HED hubs(not the carbon FR ones) but they still spin smoothly. The wheels are straight and true. They have never been crashed and I cannot even ... moresee a scratch on them. I wish that I could keep these wheels. But I had an accident with my back(not on a bike) and have to give up racing. Used Xootr Swift Folding Bike in very good condition and has always been stored indoors. Normal signs of usage. Seat has a few seam tears. As shown in photos. Wheels spin smooth and true. Bike shifts are crisp and accurate. As you may know. The Xootr Swift Folding Bike frame only comes in one size. It will fit individuals of different sizes by changing seat post, stem& riser. This model has the standard 19" seat post, and standard 60mm 35 degree stem. I actually cut down the riser to 5.5 inches. I also cut the handlebars down to 17 inches in width. Besides these two modifications, I also stripped the paint, but never got around to repainting. So the frame is down to it's raw aluminum. The fork is steel, has been also stripped, and has not been painted or clear coated. This bike has Apex front and rear fenders installed and folding ... morepedals. Up for auction is a set of Bontrager Duster 29" rims with Bontrager Jones Mud X tires. These served as my backup rims before I had my custom wheels built. I don't need 3 sets of wheels. So these must now go. They are used. As such. They have several nicks& scratches from the many, many Western PA rock gardens they have navigated. These should still have some life left in them for someone who needs an extra set of rims. The rims are set up tubeless with Trek rim strips. The sealant has most likely dried up. So you will need to add more of your own. The cassette is a 9 speed Shimano HG 61 with a 12-36 gear ratio. The cassette does show signs of rust on some of the teeth, so this may need replaced soon. The tires have less than 75 miles on them, so there should be lots of riding left in these; size 29 x 2.00. Front rim is a 15mm ... morethru axle. Rear is standard 135 x 10 mm QR. For sale is a used HED 60mm carbon tubular wheelset. This wheelset is a few years old. But was just relaced with new spokes by master wheel builder John Jones of Jones Precision Wheels in Santa Barbara. New bearings were also pressed into the hubs at that time, and has not been ridden since. Comes with Continental Competition 28mm tires and SRAM 1070 11-28t cassette. Always ridden with the proper brake pads. As you can see if the pictures there are a few scuffs and marks on them, but they are all cosmetic, nothing structural. QR skewers NOT INCLUDED. I recently had this set of beautiful touring/all-rounder wheels built up before deciding to sell my 700c touring bike and buy a Surly Troll which takes 26" rims. Thus these have only seen 50-75 miles of use. And there is almost no visible wear. I had these handbuilt by the best shop in town with double-butted DT-swiss spokes. The hubs are Shimano Deore XT M775's. They have a centerlock disc brake mount(if you wish to use standard 6-bolt disc rotors, ultralight and cheap adapters are readily available) The rims are 36 hole Velocity Dyads with a machined brake surface so that you can go either disc or rim. The whole wheelset built up much lighter than I expected, yet are exceptionally strong and stiff. Rolf Sestriere Titanium Hub 700 Wheelset w Tubes/Tires Sram Shimano SUB 1500 GR!
This Rolf Sestriere wheelset is ready to go in really good condition. I'm 90% sure that the hubs are titanium. They are non-magnetic and have a darker color than the alloy parts of the wheel, and I've read online that some of these have titanium hubs. Different online sources say that they weigh 1360-1475 grams without tubes/tires/skewers. I haven't removed the tubes and tires to verify that. The hub is in great shape and takes a Sram or Shimano cassette. They are 700c and silver/raw metal in color. Does not include skewers. I can include a wheel magnet if you need one. Just let me know during checkout. The tires are All Condition Amarillo Elites and are pretty far along their lifespan. See pic. Originally these cost $800 without tires. Condition Notes: Used but in very good condition. The front is true and the rear is off to ... morewithing 1/16 of an inch but could probably use a true(a good idea after shipping anyway) Brake strips show some miles but no"cupping" and surely many thousands of miles of life left in them. Decals have a few very minor nicks but only if you look close(see pics) The tires are at least 50-75% worn and have flattened crowns. They have some miles left in them but most of the value here is the wheels. Tubes hold air well. Domestic shipping quote applies to the continental US only.
