Prince Graphite tennis racket original Mid Plus 41/2" Excellent condition
This is a fairly recent stick. Not very much wear. Especially when considering that this is a pros racket. The teaching pro recently changed to the Prince Tour 100 and is letting the old sticks go. Lucky for someone! The grip has his babolat overgrip on it but the original leather is virtually new under it. The grip is 4.5" and it is a standard size. The pro told me that he bought this one from Holabird Sports and very rarely used it, maybe only 8 or 10 times. This means that the graphite has not deteriorated and the swing dynamics are quite the same as new. I GUARANTEE that you will agree with me. If not, money back!

Prince NXG Tour Graphite Midplus 100 4 5/8 Tennis Racquet
Glad to answer questions. Switching to a racquet that will be a little easier on my aging shoulder. Our team found a good blend of control and all-court playability from the NXG Midplus. Finding a little power. But still plenty of control off the ground, was Wendi. From the baseline the NXG Midplus had a bit more power than the Mid, but it still had a lot of control. I had a lot of success hitting hard crosscourt shots, and with the control I was getting I was able to hit angles that would normally land wide. I was very successful when hitting shots on the run, and I was able to get some good topspin on my groundstrokes. On my approach shots I was able to take a full swing without missing. The only disadvantage I noticed was how stiff the Midplus felt. Chris also noticed the stiff feel of the NXG Midplus. I immediately noticed how much stiffer ... morethe Midplus felt compared with the other two NXG Graphite head sizes when hitting groundstrokes. The stiffness was most noticeable in the upper hoop, with a feel of more control rather than power. The stiff feel offered by the NXG Midplus is not something I look for in a racquet, and I would probably switch to a natural gut string for more cushion and feel if I were to continue using this racquet. As with the other head sizes, I was getting quite a lot of action on the ball on forehand and backhand topspin shots. I think the most noticeable plus of hitting with the Midplus was that it gave a very predictable response. I never felt like I was going to over-power my shots and I was able to play some solid, but aggressive tennis. Don agreed, offering, switching from the NXG Mid to the Midplus I found the extra power I needed, but I didn't enjoy the stiffer feel as much. Regardless, I played better with the Midplus; I was able to hit more penetrating shots without sacrificing much control. This auction is for an Orvis 9'3" 2 3/4oz Graphite Fly Fishing Rod. Rod is for a five weight line.It is the Spring Creek model. I have had it for better then eight years. And it was used when I purchased it. I now have the Battenkill Reel with a five weight line that was used with this rod. See my other listings for it. I have used it on trout, and pond bass, and it is a great rod. The white decal on the rod is rubbing off from being in the sack, with is the original one for this rod. Comes with its original case. I am selling a Thomas& Thomas"Vagabond" rod that I really like. But rarely have had an opportunity to fish. When I bought it, I had great ambitions for fishing in far-away exotic places, but it looks like those dreams are not going to come to pass. I have fished this rod, however, and I can say that despite the number of ferrules, the rod flexes deep and has what I would call a moderate action. I guess this is what I should have expected from Thomas& Thomas, but it is still a source of some amazement to me. Thomas& Thomas no longer offers this rod. But when it did it said this about it in the marketing literature: A rod you can take anywhere, the Vagabond is designed in multiple 15" sections that slip easily into a standard briefcase or overnight bag. Yet, they handle with the ease and smoothness of a 2-piece rod. ... moreFeatures include an uplocking reel seat with hardwood insert and Western grip. I would also note that it has alignment marks, which I think are useful for a rod with this many sections. It is made from a black polished blank with black wraps, and is beautifully finished. The rod retailed for $785.00 in the late'90's when I bought it. It comes with the original rod bag and cordura case. The rod is in excellent shape. I would characterize it as"like new" but for a noticeable scratch on the second section. I have included a close-up of the scratch. It does not affect the performance of the rod. This Bullwhip Fightin' Rod is designed for spin casting of course, and is composed of black graphite, with blank full length tapered from tip to butt. Rod features six(6) high quality ceramic ring guide of the era plus Shimanos proprietary reel seat of black resin fitted with SS clad, screw-down locking ring plus finger grip projection on lower side for sure grip when casting, and has a black foam rubber aft grip capped with a black rubber butt snub as well.See Photos) Unusual for the full length taper of the Rod of course, the gorgeous gray-black graphite is clear coated and the ring guides are affixed with black wraps. This Shimano Bullwhip Rod It is a two-piece ... moremodel which appears to come apart at the first/ largest ring guide, but a modest twist& pull on our part has failed to budge it, and we will leave the seperation to the buyer. This is a barely used Lamson 3 reel with a 9-foot. 4-piece pack rod and a Wave case. I bought this outfit for back-country trips chasing steelhead and salmon in Upstate New York and Ontario, Canada, and for hike-in trips for trout out west. It was used for less than 10 trips. I tucked the outfit in a closet last time I used it, about 15 years ago, and just discovered it while cleaning things out for a cross-country move. The reel seems smooth and was stored with the drag at the lowest setting. The graphite pack rod doesn't have any markings, but as I recall it is a 6-7 weight and came from either Cabelas, LL Bean, or Orvis. It has a good action, casts like a 6-7 weight, and while I would recommend replacing the line, it seems like it would still be usable. I do that for you if you want. The graphite rod is a Reliance 8" 6-7 wt. The Ted Williams rod is an 8"6" 8 wt. fiberglass rod.
