Late 1980's John Deere 84 Wheel Loader, Solid Tires, Forks, Bucket, Runs Great!!
Im selling a late 1980's 84 John Deere wheel loader. 55 hp, weighs between 11,000 to 12,000 LB. Serial Number T60084X000117 This loader came with a business I bought and closed down. I've had the loader about 3 years and kind of kept it around b/c I thought it would be a handy size loader to have around. I haven't used it so I'm selling it and everything else I have sitting around and not using. The previous owner owned the loader since it was almost new. He bought it in the Early 1990's. The loader is ugly as sin, but runs like a clock, good oil pressure, engine runs very strong and starts on the second turn, transmission pulls good in all gears and does not slip, hydraulics are strong, Solid tired so no flats, has 1136 hours showing on a non working meter, true hours are unknown. The loader is s 55 hp diesel engine, ... morecomes with a bucket and forks, has low hours on a new injection pump. I'm sure the loader will have some oil leaks here and there. I have not inspected it close enough to pin point them. The brakes work, but does not have a full pedal like it should. I think it may need a master cylinder. The center pin has slop in it and the pivot on forks needs to be redone. The place on the forks where the linkage from the Z-Bar pin to needs to either be moved up or down a bit. If you tilt the forks all the way forward, they will lock up and will have to drop them to the ground and back up to get them released. It is an old machine, it is ugly, far from perfect and will need some TLC. I've tried to cover everything I know about it. If you have any questions, feel free to email me.
