Volvo L50 4X4 Wheel Loader Mechanic Special!
Elk Forest Farms. Inc. is pleased to offer a Volvo L50 4x4 wheel loader for sale. I am unsure of the exact year of the machine. I believe it to be from th late 1980's era. The S/N is listed above. The machine is powered by a Volvo 4-cylinder diesel engine. The fuel lift pump is off the engine and is in need of replacement. I bought the machine like this. The previous owner told me he had issues with the machine getting fuel and narrowed it down to the lift pump. He then took it off and never got around to replacing it. Since then he replaced the loader with a newer one. The machine sat like this for about a year before I recently aquired it. The engine has black oil and is on the mark. The engine does turn over. The antifreeze is good. I am selling the machine as is because I do not have the time right now for repair. The loader looks ... moreto be in pretty decent shape for an older machine. The rust on the machine I see is primarily located on the front fenders as pictured. All glass in the cab is present and not broken. The doors and window shut and latch good. I believe with a new lift pump and some work you can have yourself a decent loader. I will take full reponsibility in loading the machine onto a truck you provide. All sales are as-is, where-is. Up for sale today is our very strong running 1950s Hough Pay Loader H-50C with an International Harvester Diesel engine. We bought this Loader over 25 years ago. And have used it to move vehicles, pallets, and other large items around our salvage yard. It was our primarily method of unloading cars for 20 of the last 25 years, but about 3 years ago we got a new Loader and used this rarely, which is why we are selling it. It starts up and still moves trucks and cars as you can see in the video below. All the service manuals pictured will be included as well. Upon starting it for the video below. We found this loader needs brakes, and it has some leaks here and there. The block heater works, some of the gauges work and some dont. Clark 75B Wheel loader 471 Detroit diesel motor which runs good. Automatic transmission 4 forwards 4 reverse plus neutral. I just put 2 new master cylinders on it. It has good front and rear brakes. No air leaks and only one hydraulic leak which would be the left lifting cylinder. Most all the lights work. Front wiper works, heater works, turnsignals work, no back up warning beeper. It has a 2 1/2 yard bucket. The center pins are tight the rear dump pins are worn. Runs and works fantastic when warmed up. a Little sluggish when cold. Michigan model 35-AWS wheel loader. Detroit diesel. Engine runs good, no smoke, doesnt burn oil, no blow by. Machine was purchased from second owner where it spent most of its life on a farm. All pins and bushings in good shape. Has a nice bucket with a good cutting edge. Lifts approx 13 ft high, can load a triaxle dump. Hydraulics are strong and hold pressure. Has a ware factory backhoe attachment. Backhoe is in decent shape, with hydraulic thumb. Cab glass is intact and doors open and close proper. Has cab heater, but i am not sure if it works. Has 4 wheel or 2 wheel steering and 4x4. Has hi/ lo range, hydrostatic, forward and reverse trans. Brakes might need attention, possibly master cylinder. Machine is approx 7ft wide by 10 ft high.Weighs approx 24,000lbs. No leaks. Comes with extra spare tire and backhoe bucket& factory parts and ... moreservice manuals.
