Rotator Jig Fixture Precision Ball Bearing Machine Welding Matching Pair
Two Matching Rotators. These are heavy duty. The bearings rotate smoothly. They are made out of Aluminum with Steel shafts. The Bottom Flange is about 1 inch thick and 2 3/4 inches wide. 1.0625" by 2.749" The shaft through the bearings is 3/4 inch in diameter and the threads on the shaft are 3/4- 16. The round end is just under 3 inches in diameter. The black ring is a rubber ring that expands when the knurled wheel on the end is tightened. It is made to expand and hold a part in place. These could be used to hold both ends of a part for routing. Milling, welding, indexing. These could be used together or individually. The small shaft on the end is 3/8 inch in diameter. The small shaft could be connected to a motor. Drill, index plate or? The threaded holes on the flange are#10-32. There are three threaded holes. The non threaded ... moreholes are 3/16" There are two of them. The flange could be drilled and taped to use as you see fit. The flange is aluminum so is easy to work with.
