Heavy Duty Smith Welding Cutting Torch w/ pair of newly rebuilt Regulators
Smith combination welding cutting torch w/ cutting head on it. Set of new check valves and a pair of recently refurbished(although mismatched) oxygen and acetylene regulators. The regulators I personally know have no hours on them. The oxygen one is a Purox- ESAB unit and the acetylene is a large commercial Victor regulator. Torch is used but in great shape. Thank you. This is a nice older style Smith cutting torch. As seen in pictures it's cutting head is designed with a slight angle. The tip is in perfect working order. The two Airco regulators. ONE ACETYLENE AND ONE OXYGEN are in working order. The low pressure on the oxygen seems to wonder a little and would suggest maybe having it rebuilt. I did see one fitting with a crack. See last photo. The cutting tourch is Airco#775-8388. There is approx. 22 1/2 feet of hoses. Total weight after packing is 19 pounds. It will NOT fit in a flat rate priority box. Almost all items that we list are from estate sales. I try to describe all items as accurately as I possibly can. But bear in mind I am not an expert. More of the"back room stuff" Going to be cleaning out a lot of misc parts from both motorcycle shop and 4wd shop gathering dust over the years. This is a very nice early Smith's torch set. I have had it since the late 60's and before that it was my grandfather's. He told me it came from the WWII sub building yard in CT. You will know better than I. Has all the tips with it and notice that the tips still have the original thread protector caps. Very cool set. Sold as is as you see it.
