Fairbanks Morse X4B16B magneto. Four cylinder. Inverted flange mount. Excellent shape internally, and no stripped mounting threads. Fits Lincoln welders. The magneto throws a nice hot spark. The cap is in very good shape with no cracks. I call my magneto rebuilds"refurbished" magnetos. I check these magnetos over completely top to bottom. Everything comes out and everything goes back in only if it matches the specifications. As determined by my Graham Lee magneto tester! New parts are used inside as needed to provide years of service. This magneto is fully repaired, but I do not go through and replace every replaceable item. That's good for you since that takes away sometimes up to 75% of the cost of a magneto repair. I have been doing this for some time, both for my personal engines and customer engines. I know these old ignition ... moresystems. If you are buying this to replace an old magneto.
