This is an original sales sample of a cardboard sign for Ambrosia Brewing Company. The imprint at the bottom states" Brewed and bottled by Ambrosia Brewing Company 3700 S. Halsted St. Phone Yards 7-2213-19" The sign measures 9.75" x 13.75" and is made from 10 ply enameled cardboard sign printed in red blue green and gold on white with two holes punched along the top edge. Minor edge scuffs and one corner has two creases. Paper is aged and faded. A very rare item indeed as this was a temporary form of advertising from the early 20th century, date it by the address and phone number. Jacuzzi Motor, Premium Controller Box And Small Pump
I Have some really nice working components from a working Jacuzzi. I recently did a construction job where the owner wanted a Hot Tub moved in two days. I did not have the man power to do this. It was a shame but I had to cut this really nice working Hot Tub up to meet his goals. I would expect payment by Paypal in 2 days of Auction close. Shipping I would think anywhere in the US, we be no more then 75.00. I not real sure on the shipping but I am not trying to make money there, so if it is less then 75.00 I would send the difference back to you. Scarce Vintage Chefco 9-1/2" Carving Knife Set! Premium Quality, U.S. Made!
Offered for your consideration is a fine vintage Chefco carving knife. These knives were very similar in design to Ekco's"Arrowhead" series. They are of excellent quality and offer outstanding performance. This is an early example that was made in the U.S. Production was later moved to Japan and the U.S. knives have become difficult to find. The knife shows few visible signs of use and remains in excellent. Original condition with no problems. It really looks as though it has only been used a few times at the most. The blade had been lightly and very carefully sharpened, although it shows no visible signs of sharpening and it's free of any grind marks or sharpening abrasions. The edge is free of any nicks, chips, dings, or damage and remains very nice. It remains sharp and the knife is ready for use. The thick laminated ... morehardwood handle remains tightly secured with no chips, crack, gouges, or damage. The handle shows none of the dishwasher fade/bleaching that's so common to these knives. The wood remains dark and rich, with the handle offering a firm, comfortable grip that's silky-smooth in the hand. It also shows none of the associated gapping with the wood tight to the tang over the entire length. The knives measures 15-1/8" in overall length. This would be great replacement piece or spare for someone with an old set. Of course. It would also be fine as a stand-alone piece. An excellent. Original example of this sturdy, premium-quality carver!
