I've sold well over 1000 Beer Signs on Ebay and I must say this is the first time I have seen one of these. Very cool and rare Sign. No Reserve and it starts out at $9.99! Vintage 1950 Lady on the Moon Era lighted metal Miller High Life Beer advertising Sign from the Miller Brewing Company Milwaukee. WI. Sign is comprised of a heavy gauge metal and measures 24 inches across by 12 inches high by 3 inches deep. The center circular panel with the Lady on the Moon logo is a plastic piece with a plastic sheath/covering over the graphics thus there are no scratches on that part. The Red portion shows some obvious wear on the paint but for its age not bad at all. Most of that light White'ish spotting is oxidation on the metal where there were paint chips. Most all the original paint is still intact other than those spots. One could easily ... morestrip it down and have it repainted if you wanted it to look pristine. On the upper left portion imprinted in the metal is"Property of Miller Brewing Co Milwaukee WIS" Lower left portion is imprinted in the metal"Form No 205 with chain" Written on Yellow on the bottom edge of the backside is"1950 Miller Brewing Co Milwaukee WIS" I assume this once had a backside. Up for sale is a Miller Maxstar 150 S. Also referred to as a Miller Power Pack, This Welder is as handy as anything I have every purchased. We are a Machine shop and bought this for a couple install road jobs back in 08, and it worked great, then I put it in my Toy Hauler and left it there for emergencies on ATV rides. It is a Tig welder(strike to arc) and a Stick Welder as well. U simply reverse the polarity by reversing the cables and you are good to go. It has been used very little I used it a couple weeks ago to Stick weld a coupling in a water tank. The best thing is that it is 110v and handles up to 150 Amp so needless to say it is extremely handy. Shown in photo is the Tig Torch. Argon Hose, and Ground Cable, Stick Holder as well. You are bidding on an original ZIPPO lighter. The bottom reads. In part, ZIPPO Pat. 2517191 I believe this is a 1953 zippo lighter but I am not positive. The front is engraved Miller High Life The Champagne Of Bottle Beer. It also has a lady sitting on a half moon image. The woman I got this from said it belonged to her Dad. She said this lighter was only handed out to distributors so I assume this would be a scarce, hard to come by, and therefore rare zippo. Most of the finish has worn off from this lighter. It will need a flint and wick. The lid wobbles but it has a nice snap when shut. It has dings and scratches due to age and usage. 4 Antique Tools: Blue Grass Chisel, Miller Falls Screwdriver, Wrench, Hammer
Up for sale is a group of antique/vintage tools that belonged to my grandfather who was born in 1893. He was a carpenter all his life. So the tools are well used. The chisel measures 1.5" across and has an oval trademark Blue Grass. I've included the handle which probably is not useful because of its condition(please view pictures) Small hammer has what looks like an"M" stamped in the metal plus the number"8" The wrench does work- I see no name. The screwdriver is labeled Miller Falls, 610A, patented March 30, 1926. Here is a nice collection of 7 different pinback buttons from the Goldwater-Miller presidential campaign of 1964. Many people credit(or blame! Barry Goldwater for the rise of conservatism in the late 20th century. Certainly Ronald Reagan's career got a boost when he gave a speech endorsing Goldwater. Political buttons are a great way to collect real American history. Used for only a few weeks. Many have been preserved over the years and diligent collectors can build very strong sets for certain candidates or time periods. This lot could be a wonderful way to start a very interesting hobby. Herman Miller Eames Original Fiberglass Shell Chair Rope Edge Mid Century
Up for sale is an original fiberglass shell chair in a deep. Beautifully rich navy blue color designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller. It is in great. Vintage condition, but it is used, so there are the usual small scratches. The underside grommets and other hardware are in good condition as well. The shell is structurally solid with NO cracks in the fiberglass. But there are four holes drilled in a straight line on the bottom of the chair, it was an upholstered chair and the vinyl was removed, so it may be appropriate to add a throw blanket or pillow on to the chair, but that's just my opinion. The chair has a Star base with a narrow mount configuration which you could swap out for narrow mount bases Rocker. This is for an authentic M&K/ Miller& Kreisel Sound Danish Built Z50TV 4 OHM 5.25" Midrange/ Bass Driver. It is in excellent mechanical and acoustic condition and magnetically shielded with a double magnet shielding system. It measures approximately 5.25 inches square and 3 inches deep. This driver was in a custom built center speaker which had very little use and may be a bit dusty from storage. I have been advised that this Z50TV 4 ohm driver can be used as a replacement midrange/ bass driver in a number of M&K speaker models which use a single 5.25" pincushion/ square-shaped driver like the M&K S3B. 4 Vintage Plumb Bob Brass Carpenter Tools Miller Falls
This lot contains 4 plumb bobs. Starting on left. In photo, one is 3 1/2" long- 6 oz. and reads, Miller Co. The 2nd one is 3 1/2" long- 6 oz. with no name. The 3rd one is 3 5/8" long, brass- 8 oz. with no name. The top unscrews. The one on the right is 5" long- about 14 oz. with no name. All seem to be in usable condition.
