Heavy duty Custom Made Cowboy Chinks I had these made for me back in 2007 by a leathermaker in Texas for $180. I have worn them mostly in the cold and in the heavy brush and hedge brush with thorns They are thick dark brown leather with light brown adjustable straps and a stainless buckle in front and larger stainless buckle in back. Brass clips and d's to attach the legs. There are some scrapes. Some small punctures from thorns and also one of the leg straps is missing the connecting D ring where the brass snap connects to secure chinks. Each side has 2 connecting straps and 2 D rings. They are secured by a concho with a chicago screw on the back. I lost a screw and the D ring would be very easy to re-create and duplicate. I wear it with one strap on one side(letting one strap hang) and 2 on other.Very easy to fix, I just don't wear ... moreor even ride right now. As far as size. They can fit a child on up to an adult man or woman. The way they are made allows for espansion and taking up in 2 places and the legs have a square knot connecting to the leather where leg straps go. Very easy to adjust larger and smaller. I am a solid ladie's size 12 and was a 9 when I had them made in 2007, they fit fine now and then. I would say that a ladie's 12/13 would be the"top" of the size adjustability. A man's 34/36 would probably be the top end of adjustibility. If you would like to know exact measurements, I am happy to oblige. I have lots of horse equipment listed! English hunt saddle. Stamped 19" and XW- extra wide tree. This is an older saddle that has been well kept. Stitching is tight. Leather is soft and supple, billets in great condition and flocking on panels is soft, not packed down. It does show some very light cracking in the leather seat, cracking is not all the weay through the leather, just surface cracking. Comes with leathers and stirrups. VINTAGE BROWN LEATHER TWO PIECE GUN POWDER FLASK AND HOLDER
This is a vintage gun powder flask and case. I barely know what it is except that I looked it up on ebay. I found many items on ebay similar to this but not one had the case. It came out of my friend's mother-in-laws home who would be 94 years old. Her husband was an avid gun collector. The two pieces are beautiful brown tooled leather and I think the carvings look like rabbits and pheasants. It's in very good condition for it's age. Very nice WW1 or WW2 Sam Brown Officers belt. The only stamping I can find on it is on one of the magazine pouches. It reads US Boyt- 46, but it is a little darker color than the rest of the rig. I think this belt is earlier than the pouch. I don't know what the rest of the attachments are for. The leather is in excellent condition and is live and pliable. I think it will fit a 34 to 36" waist. Please look at the pictures for fit. Lightly in ink on the inside of the belt under the holes is W.R Hinole, the previous owners name. It is visible in photo#6. Great little Crates Western Round Skirt Saddle in a size 15. Made in the USA in Chattanooga. Tennessee. This is a very comfortable saddle that I have used for my short backed gaited horses. It has fit them well with no issues. I am told it is used for barrel racing as well. It has Semi Quarter Bars and C Rigging My guess on weight is around 22 pounds It does have 6 conchos with 4 of them covered in Swarovski crystals. Really sets the saddle off and makes it look great. Pictures do not show how pretty the saddle really is. It has a padded suede seat. Saddle is in good condition with no issues I am aware of.
