Vintage Detrola portable radio. Marked model 3412 on chassis. Not much info online for this brand. I did find a schematic for a 341-2 model so perhaps that is what this is considered to be. That model shows early 40's production. Shows ac or dc power, has empty cardboard sleeves and wiring for the batteries inside the bottom half of the case. Radio powers up but only hums, so likely needs capacitors replaced. Selling as is for parts or repair. Case is a striped fabric, much like old suitcases from the era. Has some wear, overall pretty decent, could use some detailed cleaning. Fabric sailboat on the speaker grill is partially worn away. Station tuner turns, but is a bit stiff. This is a nice little Audiovox portable DVD player with a 7" LCD displaymonitor. This has a removeable battery pack. The DVD player powers on. Loads DVDs and CDs and plays both. Buttons tested all work. This has an audio video in and out port with selectable switch, a headphone jack, volume controller, left and right stereo balance, and an on/ off selector switch on the right hand side. Inside when opened are two speakers. A menu botton, up/ down/ left/ right and OK selector buttons, a screen mode button, and typical dvd controls pause, play, stop, fast foreard, next, previous and play. There is also an open button for inserting the discs. Comes with just an included DC cigarette adapter for your car but will also accept a 9V to 12V 1.5A A/C adapter(not included) The battery pack blinks as charging and the dvd powers on when the DC adapter ... moreis plugged directly to the DVD player. The battery may need charging or could need replacung. I'm not sure, but you don't need it to watch dvds with a power adapter. Cosmerically, this has a few scuffs with a noticeable one on the top left corner, not that big of a deal because the outside cover is on the opposite side of the viewing screen. This tested as working as one would expect with buttons doing what one would expect.
