Construction The Millermatic 175 is a little over 10 1/2 inches wide, 17 1/2 inches tall and 15 3/4 inches in depth, with a net weight of 73 lbs. The feed-head is made of cast aluminum and features a spring-loaded tension arm with a dual groove drive roll easy to replace. A plastic hub accepts 8-inch or 4-inch spools and is equipped with a retaining ring. This unit includes a T-knob that helps secure the torch, four slots for extra tips, a set of polarity changeover terminals and a calibrated tension knob. A flow gauge with hose regulates the mix of argon and carbon dioxide. The welder can use, 4" or 8" 0.024, 0.030 or 0.035-inch drive rolls and uses contact tips for 0.024, 0.030 and 0.035-inch wires. You can use household 220v current only. You can plug it into a washer/dryer outlet with the correct plug(or make an adapter) If you have a 220V air compressor you can run it off that outlet too(again, check plugs) Some times welders, air compressors and plasma cutters have different plugs. Miller S-74 70 Series Wire Feeder Mig Welder 2+ Years Warranty Nearly New
Miller S74S feeder. This is Miller's heaviest industrial feeder line. And this unit has been lightly used. It was purchased 7 months ago, so there is still warranty coverage for another 28+ months. It was manufactured mid-2012. I purchased this feeder for use on an XMT350 and ended up needing a dual feeder instead. The Q400 gun in the photo has been moved to the new dual feeder, and I will included a gun that has less than 1/2 hour of use on it. The included 035/045 drive roll set is NIB and has not been opened. This is Miller's PN 951196, lists for about $1900, and typically sells for $1600+ at your Miller distributor. When the dust is wiped off it looks LNIB, so I'm basically eating 20% for the upgrade to a dual feeder.

Miller 64M 64 60 M Series Microprocessor Pulsed Mig Wire Feeder. A little dusty but tested and functions 100% includes 14 pin lead that is about 6 to 8 feet long. I will include a 15 foot Magnum 200 torch with new liner and consumables. And a good set of four.045 drive rolls. I also printed and put both Miller manuals for the feeder in a three ring binder as well as a chart for wire speed/voltage for 22g through 1/2 inch. Only problem is that it is missing a few drive roll/carrier parts- I had to use them on my other feeder. Those parts I found available through Ebay as well through suppliers online and are not very expensive. These are great feeders and you will have control of all perimeters of the weld process. Miller Maxstar 140 Mig Welder 115V 230V Stick Lift Arc
Selling a Miller Maxstar 140STR welder. This is an incredible little powerpack of a machine. It will output up to 140 Amps for Tig or Arc welding. It can auto switch between 110/120V and 220/240V single phase electric. Just use the included adapter to plug into either outlet. It is an inverter machine, so the arc is super sooth and stable, just listen to it in the attached video. Also, it weighs just 11 lbs. With all the leads and the regulator, the entire case weighs 28lbs. Of course it is backed by the legendary Miller name. I fired it up today and recorded the video below. You can see how smooth it is and how quickly you can change between Arc and TIG mode. TIG mode is Lift arc. So you touch the tungesten to the workpiece, then lift up to start the arc.
