Miller MAXSTAR 200 SD tig stick AUTO-LINE welder 200sd
This is a great condition used Miller Maxstar 200SD TIG/stick welder power source. There were some scratches on the metal housing of the unit so I replaced it with a brand new part directly from Miller. The unit is equipped with Miller's Auto-Line technology which allows the machine to be powered from any input voltage between 120vac and 480vac. Single or three phase. There is no need to make any adjustments or wiring changes regardless of the input power being used. The unit is equipped with an L14-30 twist lock plug on the input power cord and I have included a pair of adapters that connect to the power cord and allow connection to a standard 120 volt outlet or a standard 50 amp 240 volt NEMA 6-50 welder outlet. The unit includes a carrying strap but it is not shown in the pictures. Miller Maxstar 200 SD Broken/ Won't power on. I bought this welder on Ebay thinking I could fix it. I didn't fix it. From my talks with Miller Tech support they think its the CIRCUIT CARD ASSY,BOOST CONTROL PC10. I sent the circuit board for repair to Gem Electronic when I got it back it still didn't work it just buzzed a little on 220 volts Either they didn't fix it right or it has a problem else where. There it no burnt area on any of the board. It looks perfect on every board. It is complete with all board and case. Serial number is LC375279. Works and runs great. Has very low hours on it. Comes with machine only. Its currently setup to plug into 110v(standard wall outlet) Can be setup to plug into whatever outlet you desire the machine can sense and convert whatever power it receives. I removed the cover of the machine just to look inside. Looks brand new. No rust or corrosion anywhere. It has a scuff on the outer cover where I had to remove my name and info that I etched in. Features TIG and Stick modes and power management circuitry allowing for input power from 110-480 volt. The gentlemen did mention that positive terminal has a little wiggle which he described as fairly common for this model but says it works fine. Included with the power supply is a Miller RFCS-14hd control pedal and a Smith regulator. A 480 volt cable(not shown) is available at no charge upon request from winning bidder.
