Up for your consideration is a Miller Maxstar 200 DX 125 volt TIG/Stick welder. Catalog#903701-01-1, Serial#LE 370539. It functions as it should.and has scratches. It can work on 110, 220, 208, 480, and 460 volt(single or three phase) Included are: tig torch, stinger, ground, gauges, and hoses. There is no foot pedal, and the connector on the tig torch will need to be changed if you just want to plug it in like the stinger and ground leads. The tig torch is included, but not pictured. The foot pedals are easy to find. They also make a remote that you can connect to your tig torch and you run it with your thumb. I have one on mine and I love it. These are excellent machines and you can google it to find out what exactly they can do. Selling a Miller Maxstar 140STR welder. This is an incredible little powerpack of a machine. It will output up to 140 Amps for Tig or Arc welding. It can auto switch between 110/120V and 220/240V single phase electric. Just use the included adapter to plug into either outlet. It is an inverter machine, so the arc is super sooth and stable, just listen to it in the attached video. Also, it weighs just 11 lbs. With all the leads and the regulator, the entire case weighs 28lbs. Of course it is backed by the legendary Miller name. I fired it up today and recorded the video below. You can see how smooth it is and how quickly you can change between Arc and TIG mode. TIG mode is Lift arc. So you touch the tungesten to the workpiece, then lift up to start the arc. This is a 2004 XMT 304 300 Amp Welding Machine. I purchased it on ebay not long ago because i didn't understand that the 304 line has several Phased Machines and styles. This specific Machine is 3 Phase only! It is too exspensive to convert it over to Single phase. However you can buy a Transformer box for Single Phase to convert it to 3 phase power for the machine, it's called a Phase Converter, however i suspect this would be too much for me and something that could mess up and cost as much as the machine to repair in the future. However, This machine does work with exact output Current and Voltage as it reads, which means it's not been abused over the Duty Cycle and holds a constant voltage and current for good welds. Other than that the TIG equipment and accessories have not been used. The ARC welding portion and accessories were used maybe 6 times and that is it. I hate to sell this welder but I have been carrying this around for 2 years and feel it would be better for someone to buy it who will use it. I purchased the welder from a surplus sale about 10- 15 years ago and ran it up to about 2 years ago. I had a small weld shop in the south east. This welder was the work horse of the shop. This welder has welded allot of aluminium. Stainless, copper nickel, and carbon steel. It has made its money back 3000 times. The machine is good, the TIG system works great, I have even used it with a miller wire feed system as the primary power source. Machine comes with a 300 amp Jackson stinger that is approximately 25 foot. the pig tail is 14 feet with a attached ground that is approximately 12 feet with an additional ground extinction of another 12 feet.
