This welder is setup for 230 1ph. but can be changed easy to 3ph. and 440v by changing the power lugs and power cord. Welder comes with a heavy millwright made cart with to 2 bottle holder. There is no flow regulator with the mig unit was using.045 flux core wire. This welder was being used in a tn a millwright shop at a steel mill. Local pickup or freight can be arranged.
