There are 8 small brass cylinder weights(none missing! 50 g. 20 g, 10 g x2, 5 g, 2 g x2& 1 g- also included in the set are small, flat fraction weights marked 500 mg, 200, 200, 100& 5 mg. Set has empty spaces marked for 50mg, 20mg x2, 10mg, 2mg x2, 1mg& rider' whatever that is. Tweezers are also included- which are commonly misplaced! I believe this vintage box is Bakelite and is marked'Ohaus' Sto-A-Weigh- Ohaus Scale Corp. Union N.J. USA. This is a nice vintage set of weight calibration/ balance weights. Box is chipped on the back center edge as pictured. Lid doesnt close perfectly flat. While aesthetically not perfect. OHAUS Brass Open BLOCK Weight Set, 1000 Grams is Largest in Set
This set of Ohaus weights originally held 13 weights. 1000 grams being the largest. Three of the four smallest weights are missing. However, this group also came with three weights from other sets. These extra weights are not equal to the missing weights and do not fit in the plastic holder. I will still send them along. The set weighs about five pounds. Including the case.
