Made by Ludl electronics, this robot was used to transfer wafers from stacks, into the chamber where the stage sat, and then stack them in a different tray. It has the following capabilities: Rotation is aprox 270 degrees. Vertical lift- unable to check the amount of travel. But the lead screw for lifting is about 4-6" long. Arm extension is about 9 1/2" in and out. The lifting fork is ported to a vacuum line to hold the wafers when in motion. Sits on 1/2" thick aluminum base. Has vacuum line and DB connector for control. Everything moves freely.
