The name plate is clear on one of the handles the others are hard to read. The handles are about 3 3/16" long x 1 5/32" wide x.995 ID. They are attached by sliding them over a serrated round valve top and locked by a 6/32 screw in the tapped hole at the top. They could be used for other applications with a bushing to reduce the size and a longer screw to lock the handle in place. I honestly don't know much about this part. My father bought it for some project of his and ended up not needing it so he told me to list it. It appears to be in functioning condition with no cracks. This auction is for a Norgren Co. Pressure Regulator Valve#11-002-049. Littleton. CO. It is in fair used condition. Has scratches, paint/coating loss, dirt/grease, and ware throughout. It is marked with number. I could not get top to turn by hand. I believe it is missing the small bar that goes through top. It is very greasy. I do not know what specifically this is used for or anything about this. I do not know if this is missing anything or if it operates properly. Measures approx. 6 1/2" x 5" This is AS IS!
