This reel does turn good/smooth, as you can see in the pictures it has paint wear and when turning the handle it makes a clicking sound. It has the factory seamed top glass and the letter A between the pins on the bottom glass. This is a vintage MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN tube by MULLARD branded GE with the MULLARD code I63 over B9L4 and also the GE code LC over 188-5 and could be NOS. It tested excellent on my tester@ 100/98 for Dynamic Mutual Conductance and 105/104 for Emissions. Tubes are checked for filament, shorts, Leakage, DMC and emission value. Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE This auction is for three rare illuminated Ge'ez handwritten manuscript leaves. Written on vellum(not paper) with writing on both sides. The vellum animal skin shows some discoloration. Especially around the edges of the page, due to age, water damage, and use. Also notice the difference between the small black marks on the"hair" side and the very smooth"skin" side of the vellum. It should be pointed out that the series of vertical pin-prick holes in the vellum in the outer margin were made as a guide to the scribe for the placement and alignment of each line. Also, there are faint vertical lines to indicate to the scribe where to begin and end each line, and also to leave a margin between the two columns. Total size of the page is 4 3/4 in. x 6 in. T hese three(3) sheets ... morecontain a total of fifteen(15) red illuminated letters. As well as numerous"cross" designs that have red marks and probably indicate the beginning of a new verse. I do not read the Ethiopian Ge'ez language and do not know the age of these leaves, but I would estimate them as mid-19th century to late19th century. vintage GA-50 frosted GE light Bulbs with Rare Pink concentric rings
Up for consideration is three GA-50 light bulbs. They are in complete operable condition and are bright as the day they were new. The filament lights immediately and they are clear and bright. GE made these light bulbs as the first mood lighting. The painted concentric rings specifically force the light in three directions. The large frosted base forces light against the ceiling, the outer rings sends light outwards to the walls and the opening at the bottom forces a soft spot light effect directly below. GE made these light bulbs for 2 years 1949 and 1950, and to my understanding and research there are two different bases on these bulbs. There are aluminum bases and brass bases. I believe the brass bases were the first production of these bulbs and the aluminum finished out production ala 1950. Here are three rare pink GE bulbs up for auction, ... morethese bulbs have the aluminum base per my research I would put them in production year 1950. I am probably one of the largest collectors of these bulbs and decided to sell some of my collection. These are a 9.5 out of 10 with some small paint missing around one of the spot rings on one of the bulbs. Classic Restored 1950's Pink Retro/Mid-Century GE(General Electric) Tube Radio
Beautiful 50's Era Restored"Pretty in Pink" Mid-Century GE Tube Radio Looks& Plays Great! This is a very nicely restored pink plastic General Electric tube radio. Model T-125A, Circa 1958) My older sister had a pink radio identical to this one and when we were in high school I can distinctly remember her listening to one of her favorite singers. Pat Boone, singing"Love Letters in the Sand, apparently directly to her, over her radio, in the afternoon following school. In response, I would go to my room, crank up my Stromberg-Carlson P.A. amp and blast Elvis, Little Richard and Fats Domino records back at her, as loudly as possible. The cabinet design of this radio clearly indicates that we were well into the period of hard-edged. Rectangular shapes and that the days of non-functional but esthetically pleasing household"appliance-as-sculpture" ... morewere rapidly coming to an end. In spite of this evolution, there are a few design elements worth noting as they later became all that was left of radio cabinet"design. The lattice work speaker grille and the use of horizontal grooves in the triangles behind the tuning knob and the rectangle behind the off/on/volume control were faint reminders of the glories of the wonderful art deco radio designs considered"old fashioned" in the late 50's. The cabinet of this radio is very glossy and in very good condition with no chips. Cracks or other breaks. There were a few minor scratches in the case which have been painstakingly hand-buffed out and are barely noticeable. There were also a few slightly deeper scratches that I was unable to totally rub out. They are not very noticeable and not objectionable but, in the interest of accuracy, you should know about them. This radio measures 6 5/8" high x 11 1/8" wide x 5 3/8" deep(including knobs) This radio has been restored electronically. All of the old wax and paper capacitors have been replaced. All tubes and resistors have been checked and replaced if found bad or out

Vintage GE Self Cleaning Double Oven Stove
This is a really neat vintage stove. It is a GE model J479002WH from the early 1970s. The stove is 40 inches wide and standard height and depth. It is in very good working and visual condition. It was in use until a couple of months ago. The working surface to the right of the eyes has a very faint rust stain from a metal pan that was kept on it. There are 2 or 3 very small chips to the enamel. It would look great in a vintage or vintage look kitchen and the 2 ovens are very convenient.
