There is a separate pot to set the current limit up to 10A. Minimum voltage is very close to zero. there is a front panel meter to monitor current. Closer to a fixed voltage supply than a bench supply. But it is unusual to find a supply like this than can be set between 0 and 30V. It's working fine. It is a bit tatty but basically sound.
