I do not know anything about this instrument. Except that it is a tube and transister tester. From what I can see on the outside, it looks like it's all there. It is screwed into the carrying case. The case has a few spots on it, but there are no tears or breaks. It measures 7 1/2" x 9" x 3 1/4" The handle, hinges and latch are in good shape. It is being sold in"AS IS" condition.
