Everything is complete except for the rubber ring that protects the power cord. I did retape the paper to the rollers and that works fine, now. The case has rust, scrapes, and scratches. Up for sale is a used Hickok meter for I-177 tube tester. Brand: Hickok Model# 46 Part Description: Micromhos panel meter 0-3000. 0-6000 and 0-15000 scale. Dimensions: Face = 3 1/2" round. Depth = 1 3/8" Cutout Hole Dia.= 2 3/4" Terminals: Length = 3/4" + Marks for positive Condition: Shows signs of used and flush mount bakelite case. There are no dents or cracks. The meter moves. Needle moves well. The zero adjustment works. No mounting hardware included. This would be good for replace a broken meter. The meter is made of bakelite and weighs 11 ounces. I don't have a current source(one that is regulated) So I checked with my DVM just for the continuity, DC resistance is 77 ohms with my Craftman 82040 DVM. I don't know if those are good measurements. However. This meter is guaranteed, so bid with confidence. Unless ... moreotherwise stated. The pieces are without flaws that I can find. Japanese pre-war Navy Ammeter by YEW. Yokogawa Electric Works. Model# K14618. Beautiful Wood and resin construction. Comes with original case and keys. The back plate is stamped with 3 Japanese crests. I have tried the meter and it reads. Any further testing has not been done so the meter is some as-is. The meter is in great shape considering its age. It has a few scuffs and scratches and the carrying case shows it's use. Please see the close up photo of the dial. There is a little dirt on the inside of the glass. As far as I can tell. It comes from being used in the Japanese navy in the 30's. But am not sure. Thanks for looking and good luck! This old meter was pretty dirty when we recovered it. We have given it a gentle cleaning. With a VOM attached we get a reading of 22.5 ohms across the coil. This meter outside measures 3” on a side on the face with the mounting holes at about 2 3/8” The round meter section measures 2 3/4” across. This is a very nice vintage A.C. voltmeter made by the Weston Electrical Instrument Corporation of Newark. NJ. The following is stamped on the front of the dial: U.S.N. TYPE CV-22084 25-125 CYCLES. It is in very good condition for its age. It has moderate shelf wear, particularly on the back portion which would be recessed if mounted. The glass is unbroken with minor internal debris and minor discoloration of the white face plate. This meter has not been tested and is being sold as is. Approximate dimensions are: 3 1/2" x 2 7/8" not including the back bolts.
