This is ... morethe Sencore BIG MACK CR-168 Universal CRT Tube Tester. According to the units Setup Booklet, the tester was made in 1986 by Sencore INC, Sioux Falls, SD, in USA. I don't know anything about this tester or how to operate it other than I did plug it in and turned the on-off switch to the"on" position and the needle under the plastic dial jumped up a little, then dropped back down. So, I assume the unit does still work. But, I do not know how to operate it nor do I have a tube to try to test it verifying its working condition. It appears to have been hardly used and is in very nice condition. It looks like a more advanced tube tester. It still has all of the numbered plug adapter's and it looks like you can test a variety of different size tubes. The case is in real good condition. See Photo's) Along with the Setup Booklet, comes the original 12-page guarantee pamphlet also. Hard to believe this paperwork was still inside it, so someone must have taken real good care of the tube tester over all these years. I am listing this for what I believe is a lower price compared to other similar tester's I've seen sold on e-Bay. So hopefully someone will be able to get some use out of it. A vailible for purchase is this SENCORE item. Looks to be in good shape. Powers on but I do not hav e the means or know how to test it. It comes with the original case. Books, and the adapters in the lid as shown. Doesnt seem to have much wear so I dont think it was used much at all. This item is from the estate of a person who used it to help repair old tube radios/tvs and suchlike. I am listing this item for 3 days only because I am going on vacation in a couple of days. I am a retired electronic technician in arcade machine and TV with 30 years of experience. I got many trucks on road with a sencore cr 70 in each of them. But this one never went on the road it was in my store for back-up. Before sale on ebay, a technicien in calibration check it, and told me that my CR 70 met the specifications exactly as sencore's service manual.
