One fly or two - that is the question. Will a second fly really help you catch more fish or will it increase the chance of a horrible bird's nest?

A couple who live nearby always use this guide service when fishing along the Madison River. My husband and I had never been but our guide was very skilled (and Patient!) in giving us the basics to fly fish for trout and tips all through the day. A picnic lunch was provided and when a rain storm came unexpectedly out of the mountains, our guide was quick to provide us with rain gear.

Trout galore with family
The care these guys took for their clients and the fish says it all. They are great people, great fishermen, and great hosts. In two boats, two adults and two kids, we caught 35 fish and saw a half dozen Eagles. Even the 10 year old was catching OnTheFly.
