The reason I'm selling it is because I built a larger 10.000 lb tractor and needed a larger trailer. When I purchased this unit from the previous owner he did not tell me the roof on the camper was sloped in about an inch in the middle at the AC. I'm assuming the weight of the Air Conditioner caused this. So. I did some calculations and installed some structural metal tubing inside to support the roof. It looks just fine and the roof is rock solid now. You can walk all over it without a problem. There was some minor damage to the rubber roof in front of the AC. So I installed a metal roof on the front 2/3's of the camper using rolled aluminum and 50 year sealer overlapping each joint by several inches. It looks great and that aluminum roof will outlast the rest of the camper many times over. I have kept it covered in the winter time using a large tarp. This trailer has a"V" nose and is rated at 10.000 lbs GVWR. Tortion Axles with bearing buddies for quick lube. It is a 2001 model year with nearly new tires, spare tire, jack, and 4 way lug wrench in the belly compartment are included. It has three 110 volt outlets inside. It also has two florescent 110 volt fixtures inside and two"Pit Pal" racing lights on the outside. It also has functional 12 volt lighting inside. It has surge brakes that work very well(no electric controller needed) It comes complete with a winch, deep cycle battery, dove tail, diamond plate ramp door, and tie down hooks in the floor. The floor measures 23' 6" behind the very sturdy workbench(I have climbed on it many times. The trailer is 8" wide inside. The"V" nose work bench measures 4 feet. 28'x8.5' Haulmark Edge Trailer. This trailer was a special order model and also comes with an 8' side ramp and drivers side personnel door. It also has additional height added that is approximately 1-1.5' taller than standard. They are difficult to find and hold their value more than your standard trailer with one personnel door on the side. This setup makes it easy to load toys(dirt bikes. ATVs, or other) from the side and the rear. The trailer is equipped with 14"D" rings that are conveniently placed in the front and rear for use with cars or other toys. They are mounted through steel and not just the plywood floor. The rear ramp has a very solid aluminum ramp that extends further than standard to aid in loading vehicles with low clearance. This trailer comes with 5"E" load rated tires for hauling heavy ... moreloads that all have approximately 2500 miles on them. I used this trailer to haul my 1968 Charger and most of my belongings cross country without any problems whatsoever. It will haul a huge amount. It is rated for 10,000 pounds GVRW. It has electric brakes that work as they should and all turn signals function as they should. It has interior lights but I have not tried to use them. This trailer is used. It has a few imperfections on the corners, and some stains on the floor. The wheels have some paint flaking. The tongue was also recently repainted black. The trailer is sold as shown.
