Rare vintage Salvation Army money box - collection tin General Booth "Inasmuch"
A nice bit of Salvation Army memorabilia here for you. I'm not sure of it's exact date but it certainly has some age. It is a money box or collection tin- on the one side you see General Booth himself on the door- Social and Goodwill work of the Salvation Army- it says. The door opens fine but there is n key. The strap line on the base reads Where there's need. There's the Salvation Army. On the back face is the Good Samaritan under the word" Inasmuch" There are a couple of small dents and some flakes of paint loss here and there but it is essentially in really nice vintage condition. It measures 12.75cm high.

I am listing some other pictures taken by the same gentleman who worked at the famed Willoughby's New York Photography Shop and later was an Army photographer during WWII. This audiometer and sound booth were used in a medical office for approximately 15 years and worked very well for DOT. NDOT and industrial exams. The printer was purchased over 2 years ago. Cosmetically and technically, the equipment works well and are in good shape. I have seen the Earscan's listed on eBay for $800+. This is a self recording audiometer. In which you turn it on, place the person in the booth, and you walk away until it is completed the program. Its automatic and then you print the results. The audiometer/sound booth were last calibrated in late 2010 and are clearly marked on the equipment. The sound booth is a single place. The right side one does have a small crack in it just at the top( shown in the photos) Looks like it was painted awhile ago with a flat brown or primer paint.
