It has 730 hours on it and I have used it for about 300 of that total. I have used it for mowing, blowing snow, pulling logs or anything else that needed to be moved. In 4wd lo range with rear axles locked it will go until it has no more traction. It uses no oil, steering is tight, no weird noises knocks or bumps, its just ... morea nice little tractor. This tractor always starts after a few seconds preheat. I have left it out overnight at about 15 degrees just to see if it would start the next morning, always does, just a little more preheat time. I have never missed the decompression. I have touched up paint where needed but not on the fenders hood or instrument panel what you see there is all original, as is most of the iron. To the best of my knowledge this tractor has never been disassembled for major repair, the paint on the gaskets everywhere looks original, and I feel the original owner would have told me if that were not the case. The 1990 MSRP for the tractor alone is about $8700, and I imagine the mower deck would add another $1000. That amount in todays dollars would be about $17000, In otherwords, this is no toy tractor, its made with castings not sheet metal, machined gears not belt pulleys, and a strong diesel not an always need to tinker with gas engine. The reason I am selling this is because I have another Kubota tractor, and I am building an articulated 4wd hydrostatic tractor in my shop and I need the money from this to pay for that, according to the boss. STEINER 430 MAX 4WD TRACTOR 60" DECK & BOOM MOWER 27 HP KOHLER GAS DUAL WHEELS
Steiner 430 max 4 wheel drive up for sale for parts or repair. I believe everything is ok with this unit but i'm selling it as a parts unit or a fixer upper. It has been parked where you see it in the pictures for roughly 7 years and finally getting it out to see the light of day. It has a Kohler 27hp v-twin engine that turns over and fires off but will not stay running because of the carburetor and fuel that has been sitting for so long. The hour meter in it says 200 hours but it isn't original but i know that it has been sitting for a long time and couldn't have a ton of time on it. The mower also comes with a boom mower. The deck comes on and everything turns but the pullies. Belts and blades are going to need some attention i'm sure. I'm not a mechanic but i was gonna part it out $1000 for the engine, $750 for the ... morepump, $800 for the transaxle, $700 for the boom mower, $500 for the deck, $300 for the wheels& tires, the rest to the scrap yard but i was gonna try it on here first. It is missing a few access panels but not really needed. I don't want to part out this unit because i don't think it will take much to repair it.

We have an awesome"snow-bot" or"Mow-bot" for sale- the VENTRAC 3100! This is a lot like a STEINER tractor as the folks that built and created the Steiner went on to form the Ventrac company. Year of machine is a 2007. Engine is a Vanguard- 21 hp. Air cooled. 50 Amp alternator- lots of power for all the lights and gizmos! A few minor dents and dings here and there but otherwise in outstanding condition. Sat idle on a Barrington Illinois retired surgeon's estate for perhaps 20 years with a leaking water pump and leaking head gasket. Both issues were repaired recently in addition to all hoses replaced. Runs excellently, lots of life left in this relatively low mileage light tractor. This auction is for a 2 year old Kubota BX2660 with a 60" mid mount mower deck that we sold new. It has only 85 one owner hours and has always been stored inside. So it is in excellent, near new condition. The deck is not really even scratched, as shown in the pictures. We have done all of the service on it and it needs nothing, it is ready to mow. This tractor has the larger 26 hp 3 cylinder Kubota diesel for extra power when doing heavier jobs. As with other BX's it has a full size cat 1 three point and rear and mid pto's. Ford New Holland TC25D Tractor 4X4, Super Steer, Hydrostatic, 72" mower deck
I am selling my New Holland TC25D 4X4 Compact tractor. Hydrostatic Transmission makes driving a breeze. Three speed ranges. Four wheel drive. SuperSteer allows front axle to pivot making a very tight turning radius for cutting around obstacles. 25 hp diesel engine. 1400 hours. Middle and rear PTO. Folding roll over protection(ROPS in the down position in photos) Comes with a 72 inch New Holland 914A finish mower deck. Operator's manual included. I have owned this tractor for five years and only used it for cutting about three acres of grass around my home. It is very fuel efficient and the mower cuts very nicely and evenly. I have a couple of spare blades that go with the tractor and a few miscellaneous parts and pins. Recently replaced the starter solenoid. The only known issue is that the ignition switch does not work properly. The ... moreglow plug function only works when the key is pushed in(cranking position) so I leave the tractor in gear to cycle the glow plugs and then put it in neutral to start which works fine. Occasionally have to hit the key a couple of times to engage starter but it has never failed to start except when the battery died. Battery replaced last year. It is stored outside under a tarp but is very well maintained. Hydraulic fluid was replaced when purchased. Oil changed every year and entire unit greased every couple of uses. The operators seat has a couple of cracks in it(see photo) and the right rear fender has scratches in the paint(see photo) Please do not hesitate to ask questions. Tractor must be picked up at site. I will work with your transportation company if you decide to use one.
